Equalisation:Yahoo, MySpace, Google To develop OpenSocial Foundation

Equalisation is now the demand of global citizen. to bring out the talent to get equal opportunity to get the equal information the world ,Yahoo Inc. (YHOO) , MySpace, and Google Inc. (GOOG) on Tuesday said they plan to form the OpenSocial Foundation to ensure the neutrality of OpenSocial as an open, community-governed specification for building social applications across the web.

The OpenSocial Foundation will be an independent non-profit entity with a formal intellectual property and governance framework, according to the three companies.

Related assets will be assigned to the new organization by July 1. MySpace is a social networking Web site owned by News Corp. (NWS) which also owns MarketWatch, the publisher of this report.
